In Mattew 25:31-46 Jesus tells His disciples what pleases Him - giving the hungry something to eat, giving the thirsty something to drink, inviting the stranger in, clothing the naked, visiting the sick, coming to those in prison. The churches of the PBA take this passage seriously. Below are just some of the minitries we partner with in order to reach out to "Jesus' brothers and sisters" who are in distress.
We are local fellowship of Christians who, in addition to serving one another and serving our community, were led by God to love and serve dozens of Burmese immigrant families in Greensboro, NC.
It is a humbling story that has brought life to our church and new life to a non-profit we call Epoch Renewal.
Piedmont Serve is a collaboration of the Baptist State Convention of NC, the Piedmont Baptist Association and some churches and individuals in and around Greensboro. Our goal is to be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving people in need in the Piedmont in practical, God-glorifying ways.
